Will you service my gate, even if I didn't buy it from you?
Of course! Just because you didn't purchase your gate from us, does not mean that you won't receive the same great service that we are known for. In fact, you may get a little extra service in order for us to win you over and allow us to take care of your gate needs for the long haul.
What is the most important part of our gate system?
Aside from a professional installation, the most important (and most overlooked) part of a gate system is regular maintenance. An automated gate has many different moving parts and safety devices. All of which should be properly maintained, lubricated and calibrated. Ask us about our Preventative Maintenance Packages to avoid downtime and costly repairs.
What do you specialize in?
We specialize in offering full turnkey solutions to your Automated Gate and Parking System needs. We are able to manage all aspects of your project including; system design, civil construction, electrical, installation and final commissioning. With an all in one approach, we are able to mitigate many issues commonly found when using multiple subcontractors.
What type of warranty do you provide?
This will depend on what type of gate and manufacturer that you choose for your system. However, we do offer up to 7-year warranties on our preferred gate operators and extended installation warranties if you sign up with a Preventative Maintenance contract.
